Pascal Ginoux :

1990 :
- Obtained his CAP at the hotel and catering Lycée in Marseille.

1995 :
- Finished major of the first promotion of mention supplementary cuisine gastronomic.

2001 :
- Integrated the brigade of f Pourcel brothers, at the Jardin des Sens and discovered the 3 star cuisine

2004 :
- Arrived at Les Bories et became for the first time an autonomous chef.
