General Terms and Conditions
Hôtel Les Bories & Spa
Introduction
The following general terms and conditions apply for every booking made for a maximum of 4 rooms per booking. For more than 4 rooms, the general terms and conditions for groups apply and are available on request at resa@hotellesbories.com
The « guest » names all physical person who have made a booking for private or professional purpose.
The guest has the major legal age and contracting capacity.
The client receives all necessary information about the nature, the destination and the terms and conditions of the reservation of available services.
Every booking made through the website assume that all the general terms and conditions have been accepted. .

Prices & Photos
• Prices for each reservation are given before and during the reservation in Euros. Prices shown are only valid for the room type, number of people and date selected at the time of booking.
• The customer is a consumer, in accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code.
• Cancellation and prepayment conditions change depending on the rate selected as well as the dates requested and are stipulated at the time of booking.
• A tourist local tax is applicable per night and per person. City taxes, if any, will be specified on the establishment’s invoice. They are not included in the amounts indicated when booking. The setting of these taxes is not fixed by the company SAS LES BORIES.
All reservations must be confirmed by a bank guarantee (credit card) or by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
In the event of no-show, or early departure, or No show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
The deposit paid is not refundable or the credit card will be charged if the reservation is canceled:
• Less than 3 days before arrival date for reservations between October 1 and May 31
• Less than 7 days before arrival date for reservations between June 1st and September 30th.
VAT is calculated according to the legal rate on the day of reservation. Prices may be increased by local taxes.
The reservation is payable in Euros. Any conversion into foreign currency is given for information purposes only.
All photos on the website are given for information purposes and are non-contractual. Efforts are made to make them as representative as possible.
Unless otherwise indicated, all other additional services (breakfast, treatments, half-board, etc.) are not included in the prices. Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) which are not explicitly included in the prices will be payable directly on site.
Stay
Check-in: The rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out: Unless otherwise agreed, the guest must leave their room at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. (Otherwise, an additional night will be charged).
In case of no-show, in the event of an unforeseen departure or an interruption of stay, the hotel must be informed 24 hours before departure and reserves the right to charge 100% of the price of the stay on the credit card leaved as a guarantee at the time of booking.
The entire hotel is non-smoking.
Payment
In accordance with decree 83-50/A of October 3, 1983, an invoice is given to the customer on request for services less than 25 euros.
“Any service provided must be subject, as soon as it has been rendered and in any event before payment of the price, to the issue of a note when the price of the service is greater than or equal to €25 (Taxes included). For services whose price is less than €25 (VAT included), issuing a note is optional, but it must be given to the customer if they request it. »
Cancellation policy for treatments at Spa La Maison d’Ennea
For any modification or cancellation of a treatment by the client, the hotel must be informed 24 hours in advance. After this period, or in case of no-show, the treatment will be invoiced in full.
Animals :
We are delighted to welcome you with our animal friends, an extra charge of €25 per night will be requested.
For hygiene reasons, animals must be kept on a leash in common areas (corridors, gardens, etc.) and are not accepted at the Spa and in the Restaurants.
In case of dispute
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code: “every consumer has the right to have free recourse to a mediator with a view to amicably resolving a dispute which could pit them against a professional”.
To this end, Bories & Spa guarantees the effective use of a consumer mediation system by adhering to the Charter of Tourism and Travel Mediation - MTV.
After contacting the hotel management and making a complaint in writing, in the absence of a satisfactory response or no response within 60 days, the customer can contact the mediator whose contact details and referral procedures are available. on its website: www.mtv.travel.
